How do I cancel my Subscription?
Head to your online Alte account here, and select the subscription you'd like to update. Once there, you'll find the option to cancel your subscription.
Alternatively, if you prefer to keep your subscription but just need different items, you can instead make updates to the products and quantities in your subscription.
Please allow 48 hours for any subscription change to go into effect. Subscription cancelations will not affect a subscription order that has already been processed.
